Yay, big banks have lots of money! :squiffy:

Didn't you go "AWOL" to attend a MOZ gig in LA?

huh, technically, no  but its a better story your way i suppose :D
the facts are though something more like:
i think the Moz gig was in nov. of 91? in l.a.
but I had left on my leave in august 91 and not come back
(I was supposed to comeback for nco school followed by becoming a range instructor. I drew the line there, for a long time I would have still killed for this country, but even by then I did not feel I could train others to anymore)
so yeah, after my leave was up i did a lot of stuff
(including going spending a lot of my saved up pay on tons of concerts all over )
& enrolling at UCLA
then i finally reported back to a duty station in early 92
told the army to shove it and well, we parted ways
(slowly but surely, my final separation papers took til 93 or 94 to be in place, thx Bill!)
but these days, they call sort of thing I did desertion, but not back then, back then the army was happy to see us Vets go
downsizing and all
"the big wars were over"
ahh, the early 90s, what a strange time, I am sure an older person such as yourself remembers them better than me :p
however, I will go dig up my DD214 and check all that for you ;)

ps: plz trubz? try and keep this recap in mind next time you comment upon me
which i know you will, since well, i have long been the main thing you make the effort to comment upon :blushing:
