I don't know where you reside, Mr. Improper, but check out ALL of the obscure newstands about your city. Also rare record stores. Two good places to check. We have a really good one here called, Paras Newstand- it has every mag and paper known to man. You might want to give them a ring, and maybe if they hsve it (NME) they could send it to you. I wish I had the number on me. Hops it helps somehow. Kali
