David Mitchell, 35, was arrested in June in Omaha, Neb., on charges of false imprisonment and making terroristic threats, accused of having locked up his wife, Polly, every time he left the house over a two-year (and maybe longer) period. He was always with her in public, and intimidated her from reporting him. David had always had only a cell phone so he could take it with him when he left the house, but he had recently gotten a home phone for Internet access, allowing Polly to call her sister one day when he was out.

3 million more reasons to be afraid of Americans.

Between 1845 and 1855, more than a million men, women, and children starved to death as their rulers in Ireland and their rulers' rulers in London sat and watched. Rather than helping to end the suffering of the people, the weak Irish aristocracy and the absentee British landlords *EVICTED* the starving, sick, and dying Irish who hand no money for food, let alone rent.

And what aid did the British lend? British troops fired 26 shots into a crowd at Dungarvan in County Waterford, killing two peasants and wounding several others, as they tried to take Irish-grown oats and grain off of a boat bound for England. British naval escorts were then provided for the riverboats as they passed before the starving eyes of peasants watching on shore.

Between 1845 and 1855 America took in nearly two million of Brittania's starving children.

"They were like walking skeletons, men stamped with the livid mark of hunger, children crying with pain, women too weak to stand ......"

English observer W.E. Foster, 1847
