who's the slightly odd individual who posts as me?

There's a strange smell around here. I'm picturing a short man, 5'1" tall at most, plenty of unkempt facial hair and a coat that's 3 sizes too small. He smells quite bad, though not as bad as his coat, and enters the chat room fairly frequently under different names, typing bizarre messages. He changes names when he (finally) realises nobody is reading his comments, in the mistaken belief that this will make us read his thoughts, and comment on them.

Anyone know who this individual is?
