1 Art-Hounds - a rocket-propelled piece of pop music replete with falsetto and bizarre lyrics. More please.
2 Scandinavia - strange, could sound fabulous with the right production.
3 Action - hummable.

People are the Same/ Kid's a Looker - oh dear. B-sides hopefully.

They all have isolated good bits, but none are great through and through.

Except for Scandinavia, which has no good bits at all.

Art-Hounds is growing on me quite a bit. It isn't perfect to my ears, but I think it is the only one that he really sounds like he cares about when he sings it.

Scandinavia
Art Hounds
People are the same everywhere (this has seriously grown on me)

Art
Scandinavia
Action (a bit).

Other two don't appeal one iota.

Art-Hounds reminds me of Viva Hate era Mozzer, when he embraced unconventional lyrical motifs with insight and vigour. It has an element of intrigue missing from his wordplay of late, with a very appealing stream-of-consciousness energy I've not felt since Maladjusted (the song). And accordingly is a very welcome addition to his oeuvre.

lyrical motifs, stream-of-consciousness energy, additions to the oeuvre?
very nicely phrased!
I agree with the choices too (also, as expressed by The Road Hog at top of thread).
