í don't recall the exact date, but it was definitely 1993, just pre-Vauxhall.
Grabbed from a fairly atrocious ITV 'through-the-night' programme called 'The Big E' which was, allegedly, a Europe-wide (hence the title) look at various 'cultural' events du jour.
Designed for the wasted student demographic.
The women in the video were two amongst a revolving circus of presenters, whose schtick was to dress up as a drag act and pretend to be dumb. It was The 90s.
But, just as every monkey, on an infinite timeline, will come up with a 'Hamlet', so these ladies unearthed what even Attenborough couldn't; namely, capturing on camera the lesser-spotted Moz on-the-lash in London.
In this case, a showcase concert by R.P.L.A , a 'poly-sexual hard rock band', fronted by James Maker.
