Clearly you're not voting with your feet - You're still here and I dare say you'll buy a ticket if he does a UK show.

He hasn't said anything as nasty as that. He's just said that mass immigration leads to cultures losing their identity & that people don't get on with each other. Which I think is overly pessimistic, but then he is overly pessimistic.

You socialist mancunians have been singing the same tune since forever and always seemed so out of touch with the times. Just cause some bands and artists had some luck doesn't mean you were ever relevant.

You live in utter shite up there and fail to see what is going on. Even your football side has crumbled under the influence of black muslim players or should I say one who disrupted absolutely everything.

But as long as you get your kormas whatever they are your world is safe to live in. I must say that it doesn't surprise me that the british allowed so many people in cause your food was and still is the worst in the world so it was obvious that in order to save brits from malnutrition and shit food import of people and new dishes were much needed.

Not that takeaway ever did anything good for peoples health.

That has nothing to do with it. This is about a religion taking over and turning the clocks back to medieval times.
As a mancunian I know you have lived there all your life but maybe other people in the world want progress rather than stagnation.

Not that mancunians were ever willing to work or create something. All you had came from imported irishmen and you know it. The english mancunians are a disgrace made up of office working weaklings.

It's a tricky thing wearing badge that supports a political party. It seems inevitable that one would assume you endorse all opinions and positions by said party- especially if they an idiosyncratic one like For Britain. If he wears the badge he should anticipate this so I wouldn't have sympathy for him if he's slated for any of that org's stances. That said I find it more likely it's a buffet-like picking he endorses. It would appear FB has some controversial opinions about Muslims as well. I'm going to refrain from opining on that until I read more in this thread.

I don't think it matters much if immigrants become a majority (not that they are going to any time soon). People are people, there's no real distinction to be made between them. Whether their skin is a different colour or they speak a different language, it doesn't really matter. And it also doesn't matter if a culture changes over time. It's not really important. Things don't have to stay the way they are, in terms of customs and ways of doing things, fashion, music, style of dress, modes of speech, television programmes, architecture. These things can change without harming the well-being of the population. In any case culture is very likely to persist in the main despite immigration since the children of immigrants will already be much more a part of the culture they are born into than of their parents' culture. Children born in England to immigrant parents will have English as their first language and will identify themselves as British and will be immersed in British culture from childhood. I think people who worry about these things are just panicking unnecessarily.

As for Islamic extremism and Asian grooming gangs, I don't think it's fair to blame an entire group for the actions of any part of that group. Otherwise we'd be blaming all Catholics for all the child abuse carried out by Catholic priests. I don't see any anti-Catholic agitation from Tommy Robinson, although lots of priests have been child abusers.

I understand that you accept inevitable cultural change and are reasonably apathetic about it, but many people don't feel the same. A lot of people feel very nostalgic about their culture, especially as it appeared in their formative years, and they have too much affection for it to accept its disappearance. It's an emotional factor. Just because it's not a concern for you, that doesn't make it invalid or unnecessary.
Most people don't blame all Muslims for the crimes of a few extremists. Few people will blame the Muslim family next door, just trying to live their lives. They blame Islam as a religion. If Islam consistently provokes extremists to commit violent acts of terrorism, why shouldn't we look at the whole religion as potentially dangerous and harmful?
Also, I do think Catholicism is to blame for child abuse in the church. It's a result of the sexual repression that the church promotes.

This is the best reply I've ever read of yours; simple, succinct & straight to the point with no protracted, malicious, misinformed meanderings.
Nice to see you posting as yourself for a change Pete, also...and only using one word too! Keep it up.
Did you learn Charlie yet? It's the next one after Bravo in the phonetic alphabet.

Yep, well you would say all that doesn't matter, & it's not important, because you are an immigrant. FFS. Transparent or what?

Hilarious this one. First time I've seen anyone refer to food in a 'right wing' related thread.
I'll add foodism to all the other 'isms'.

I understand this viewpoint. However how do you feel about for example, the loss of the native American culture? Is that just what happens over time and so not worth protecting? Is the homogenisation of our culture something we should just accept?

Everything you just said is completely insane. Of course it matters. Ethiopians couldn't build England. Bloodlines, culture and religious beliefs matter. And you say priest's have abused kids. It's awful of course but so do a shit ton of public school teachers so what argument you're making is nonsense

Wrong again sunshine. I boycotted his winter 2018 tour for the first time in nearly 30 years despite living 20 mins from one of the venues. I boycotted the summer 2018 uk tour along with 60% of the uk fanbase resulting in it being humiliatingly cancelled. I am one of the 60% of the uk fans who bought High School but boycotted Cal7fornia Sun resulting in his worst ever album sales. Until he revokes his support for right wing politics, I will never see him again live or buy any of his CDs. Unlike Phil skinny, however, I do not hate him or believe him to be racist. I just believe him to be an absolute fucking idiot when it comes as to politics, and I still come to this website in the hope that he finally sees sense. Hope that makes things a bit clearer for you.

That's funny, because almost everything about my formative years HAS disappeared, and nobody did anything to prevent it. Chopper bikes, space hoppers, flared trousers, Ford Cortinas, big sideburns, British Rail etc... Where were you when these things were disappearing and why didn't you stop it? And why did you not protest the introduction of modern things like flatscreen TVs, the internet, and smartphones? Why is it that the ONLY cultural or social change which you ACTUALLY protest with any vigour is foreign accents/languages/customs? Absolutely everything else has changed and there wasn't a peep out of you about preserving it, but when it comes to the composition of the population, suddenly you're all "Oh we've got to preserve our way of life!"... Kind of strange!
