I think the site was just down for the weekend

Devs, no, when the site came back up, I received an email from Andy to PLEASE let EVERYONE here know she'd been banned and to fight against it, in some way. But I agree. A giant dark chocolate Toblerone gone to the bin is just a godamned shame (shaking head in wonderment).
