That's close enough in my book of brit-speak Gen.
loafing oafs = to Loaf is to do bugger all, Oafs are people who do bugger all
all night chemist as Gen says, it's a pharmacist/drugstore check out Boots the chemist on google. the 'all night' bit is, that there's only a certain few who stay open all night, or they rota late night chemists so that you can pick up a presciption in an emergency.
