thirty degrees is still to cold for me. I’m five eight and a hundred and twenty six pounds. Anything below sixty degrees is gonna make me complain. He could have chosen somewhere warm. Don’t get me wrong I want to go but I’m really going to just spend some time with him. He’s been working hard to open his store and he needs a break. When both families go it’s easier with the kids

In February the place should be emptied out as the kids at school have spring break then although we call it Sportlov (Sports leave) which is like some early spring break but kids here head for the alps instead of the beach although many prefer to loiter in malls and inhale bath salt and blow bubble gum at foreign tourists.

Moroccon street kids should be around to give you an exciting visit along with the unruly afghan kids who are called adults just to be able to stay here.

So if you go for that New kids on the block look in young men then the afghan lads is your best bet cause they are still stuck in the 90's.

Cold is easier to adapt to than heat. The body and the blood adjusts in no time. I see comments online a lot from people who never experienced cold and it is like they just discovered clothes and dressing in layers.

Plus when in a big city you hardly end up walking in cold for long and will realise that you've dressed too warm when inside the malls and stores and places you want to see.

I only dress for cold when I go for long walks in it but these days even swedes have warm cars and indoor garages. I find myself being outdoors for short spaces of time these days even when I go out.

Yeah it takes no time at all to adjust and in Sweden people at first dress well but the longer winter carries on the less they put on. I have seen swedes running in shorts to and from their home in even colder temperatures than minus 5. Just the other year in fact when me and P drove past in the car.

I worked at a place in the 90's where a young man came in wearing shorts in serious cold just days before him and his best friend my colleague went to USA on a road trip.

People who never experienced cold are such pussies and have no idea what it is like. They hide in humid places of the world thinking a little cold will kill them.

I think peoples knowledge on the difference between dry cold like in the north of Sweden and typical english cold is zero. There is even an idiot on the bluerose chat who thinks that blood gets thicker from cold so that it may cause a stroke.

Eh I’m not to worried. I’ve lived in Baltimore city and think I’ll be fine. I’m in Maryland and here we have hot summers that reach the high nineties and winters where it’ll get about ten in February so it won’t be an adjustment but just a continuation of weather I can’t stand. I’m built for a hot climate and love it when it reaches those high nineties. It’ll be nice to see it, the city, but I’m mostly going just because he asked me to. I’m looking forward to seeing the city without a bunch of tourists and I imagine I’ll probably ski a little bit. I like to buy a new book and read it on vacation so I’ll have those memories associated with the trip. Gotta decide what I’m gonna bring

Me and P went for a walk today in minus 8 and it was lovely. Crispy cold snow and ice.

There is a place to ski in Stockholm called Hammarby-backen and me and P have stayed twice at a hotel nearby. If you are lucky you will bump into the Skarsgård brothers cause that is their hood.

Incredible when people prefer heat like that and you sure your thyroid isn't to blame?

Sometimes a thyroid issue can make people cold and in need of heat when the hormone levels are too high.

Spending a few hours with P going to shops and eating out. Plank steak again and we love to compare places that serve it.
Then we picked up the frame lights we got cheap on Black Friday which were so easy to put up. Xmas tree is done now.

we’ve been married almost a decade and have been together longer still (we got married late as I didn’t really like the title but oh well). I’m forty so I think we’re past the what will we look like when we’re old and maybe I’ll take up crack scenario. We’ve already been through the typical challenges and have for the most part have succeeded already though maybe that’ll be the most challenging bit. To keep it together when you don’t have important goals to center your life around and aren’t swept up in the momentum of life’s milestones. Not even the External challenge of poverty or whatever to rally us together from time to time. Either way it’ll be a neat experience

I have honestly never seen or heard anything like it and this on a state tv channel known to defend them. Old socialists fed up and prepared to say it.

Richard Jomshof from The Sweden Democrats opened all his xmas presents tonight and probably could not take it all in.
