Regarding the "friend or foe" thing.
Click on the "Relation" link on the user's page (the ~ plus username page).
Then you can rate the person a friend or a foe.

Apparently, I'm ignored by almost everybody, so my list is minimal.
But I like and respect a few posters more than others and rated them.

Anyway, if someone is offended by my rating them my "friend", please let me know, I will quickly remove their name from my list.
