Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds you all well.
I'm a music writer for the Telegraph who is about to write a piece about Morrissey. I am very familiar with his music - believe it or not, Southpaw Grammar is my favourite album - so I come at this with a straight bat. But he's not doing interviews. So I was wondering if anyone on here would be happy to speak with me about the loyalty they feel toward him, please? If you prefer, I don't have to use full names.
This is an example of something I wrote this week. I'm afraid you'll have to register to read it, but it is free.
Paul Heaton interview: 'To say our music is for Sharons and Traceys is the worst kind of snobbery'
One of our most beloved – and subversive – singer-songwriters on why he turned down millions to make 'music for couples'

Many thanks in advance.
(The article cited above does not mention Morrissey - so not reproduced here).
