Of course it is. How many times has he fucked over the fans with 'It's medical, so you're not allowed to ask'?

      maybe he’s got “cancer” again?

      Or diarrhoea? Or a cold?

He only pulls this shit because he has a core base of the thickest, most head-in-the-sand gormless fans (Thewlis, Marred etc). He’s been getting away with it for years, unchallenged by the pathetic bots. I don’t blame Morrissey at all. He’s having a laugh. Taking you all for a ride. And loving it.

Oh Rifke, so disappointed for you! How shitty of him to let you down like that at the last minute. Hope you enjoy Vancouver, anyway, do give us a little travelogue. Pretty sure you should be able to get a refund if you can't make the new date (due to having become a successful writer living in England), since they have changed the terms of the 'contract'.

i have two days there! i plan on having a good time! ill get away from this horrible house, experience the joys of a big city, I plan on meeting up with light housework and going to the markets at Granville island and im going to take my HUGE mackenzie childs tote bag--which I NEVER have a chance to use otherwise because it's simply too big--and stuff it full of candy and whatnot--the PERFECT marketing bag!!

That sounds wonderful. I'm sorry for Light Housework, too. Hope you guys have a fun time.

LOVE your bag. Hope you get to fill it with lots of wonderful things.

I'm well. Have been feeling a bit wobbly and tired, but am managing. We're off to Greece in a bit. :)

Reckon the US tour is at risk as well. I assume he is banking on California Son being a big hit as some of the venues have have only sold about 25% of their tickets at the moment.

The statement says that he has cancelled/postponed due to a medical issue. It doesn’t state who, just that Morrissey has been forced to cancel gigs.

It's not, please check Ticketmaster, there are still many tickets available from the venue and also many re-sales, some are cheaper than the nominal price.
