No Florida? Gee, I wonder why.

Got my GA Clear Lake,IA ticket & got a front row for Wichita Falls! If anyone is trying for Wichita Falls the seating chart listed on the ticket page is wrong. I spoke to the venue & the operator had to call her boss to inform them of the error. What's messed up is the section CC that is being offered for purchase is not even on the proper seating chart!! I checked back a bit ago and the wrong seating chart is still being shown. CALL THE VENUE IF YOU WANT GOOD TICKETS!

I had the same problem with the Wichita Falls tickets. In the confusion I ended up with 2nd row seats via telephone and some in the "non-existent" section online. The woman on the phone was very friendly and informative, which was a nice change for ticketing folk.

Her explanation was that the closer seats were being made available to callers and walk-ups, and that wherever the "CC" section for online customers ends up, it will be one section behind those. Looking at the seating arrangement, that still doesn't quite make sense, but that's okay. I'm just happy I stayed on hold and got through.

So yeah, word to the wise, etc.: call in for better seating.

three GA's and two decent seats. i'm happy for now, but if i have the money, i know i might get loose on some tickets when the tour actually starts.

Looks like I'm somewhere in the middle, which is not optimal since I had to run home at lunch as they had blocked Ticketmaster at work. Oh well. I'll be there! Pharr out!

The staff there were extremely nice but I do find it somewhat discriminating only offering certain tickets online but whatever. I think we both got what we needed in the end. I got Section BB Row 1 What section are you in? The seating chart that she told me was the right one looked as if the stage was a lot shorter than the actual rows. Looked a bit weird but she said my ticket is front & center so here's to hoping she's correct.

Got my tickets for the Pharr show. 9th row. Is that good? Hard to tell from seating chart. Anyone else going to Pharr South Texas in November?

Dallas was like that last year, IIRC. Pit was reserved for people showing up at box office the day of sale, or something.

The venue actually called back after noticing I'd bought two separate tickets online and via phone. Once again, they were very helpful and friendly, and she apologized for the confusion and explained the seating. I now have two tickets, 2nd row (BB I think? I'm still a little mesmerized by how the seating chart works), though she said they were front and center as well. Who's ever heard of a venue calling you back to apologize and make things nicer for you? I guess my hometown isn't so bad, after all.

WOW, now that's customer service at it's best. I remember that about the Dallas show last year at Mc Farlin. I had already purchased my front row ticket from a broker for $200 just to get to my seat & noticed there was a pit so I walked into it but security told me I needed a Pit ticket. I hauled ass to the box office & had to buy a second ticket just to get in the Pit. Wish I had of known that's how that venue operates cause I wouldn't have wasted the $200 for the Row A ticket.

You mean there were pit tickets still available that night? Oh, if I'd only known!

Oh well, one can't be stuffed up front and sweaty and full of bruises at every show, I suppose.

And yeah, I don't think I've ever experienced customer service on that level with ticket providers, regardless of venue or seller. Pretty much made my day.

Remembered 2 hours late that they went on sale this morning for Salt Lake City... damn. Anyways, ended up getting some good center-ish tickets in row L. So, for being far from on top of things, I guess I can't be too mad about that. Anybody else going to SLC?

I also ended up with 2 tickets for Wichita Falls, one from the online ticketing in the "mystery section" CC, and then one which I called in, and got Section BB row 2.
My husband was on the fence about attending this show with me, so I guess this will convince him. :)
The operator said it was going to be rows of folding chairs set up, so that will be interesting.

I guess this is the correct seating chart then?

The last person I spoke to said the "facing suite" was the basic set-up but they also seemed to be trying to rearrange the people seated in the CC section that the website was selling. As long as our tickets are where we've been told, I think we'll all be happy. It's not a very large venue at all from what friends and family have told me, so it should be--- wait, folding chairs?

Really? That will last all of half a second.

Yup, the pit tickets were not released until the box office opened that night. I think it's pretty lame how they did that but what can you do? I mean us fans go out to get front rows & pay a lot for them just to get screwed by the venue like that. It's happened more times than I can count unfortunately with the San Antonio show in 2011 screwing me over the worst. The venue told me when I called that Row C was front row and that rows A & B were NOT being sold so I bought a Row C from a broker for $300 just to find out a couple of weeks before the show they had released rows A & B. I ended up spending $450 in tickets for that show.

Does anyone know anything about the Beaumont venue? Will there be a "Standing room" area? What kind of seats did everyone else get? I kept getting loge tickets.

Orchestra (lower level) tickets are still available in Beaumont TX @ Jefferson Theatre. Rows numbered A-Z, so plenty of good seats. Thought this would sell out quick since we are so close to Houston, but that isn't the case.

Yes, that's the same seating chart the venue referred me to as being the correct one. Are they being serious about folding chairs?? I guess they haven't a clue as to what happened in UCLA in 1991... It's not gonna be a pretty site when people are falling, tripping & getting hurt over folding chairs & the show ends suddenly. Here's to hoping for a better outcome though.

The closest I pulled up was row L so I guess I'm skipping Beaumont :(
