Troxy (26th May) and Brixton (28th May): One ticket for each concert to sell!

I've got one ticket each for the two London concerts at The Troxy (26th May) and at the O2 Academy (28th May). As I won't make it to London for the concerts, I want to sell both tix for a reasonable offer.

The Troxy ticket is valid for a "restricted view seat" and the O2 Academy ticket is "stalls standing".
