Can anyone tell me if the short film played before the concert was a Morrissey thing or an Edgefield thing? I would love to know all the artists showcased in it. Thanks!

Anyone who names their kid "Apollo" ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I hadn't heard anything about Julia this tour and was wondering if she was still around. She is. She was in her normal spot and Morrissey acknowledged her early in the show with an extended hand.

She was in Detroit. One of the tour personnel pushed people out of the way from behind to clear a path for her after the show was over.

Zeus; the God of the Sky, Lightning, Thunder, Law, Order, and Justice: is deeply, deeply ashamed.
As is the Goddess Leto, about whom little is known apart from the fact that she named her kid "Apollo", and ought to be ashamed of herself for it too.

Edited due to a lack of motivation to waste my metaphorical breath.

You would need a path clearing if you had a hooter as big as Julia's !

Hey guys! I'm the one who jumped on stage! He actually roughed me up quite a bit. I have large bruises all over my body. He had been eyeing the crowd the whole show giving us angry looks just waiting for someone to jump up. I actually am biologically female, but I present more in the middle, so don't worry about misgendering me, I'm flattered! the only reason he got me was because he literally grabbed me by each boob which did not feel great, especially because he was screaming "WHAT"S YOUR NAME?!" over and over again as I fought with him. I felt like I was in a bad porno. But it was worth a shot! I would have regretted it had I not tried to get on stage, especially since last time he came to town he kept hinting that he wanted people to come up.

I'm really thankful that Morrissey told them to let me go so I could watch the rest of the show.

You acted like a person just out of the insane asylum. I dread to think what would have happened if you had gotten to Moz. He's a 56 year old man, this isn't 1983.

It's pretty bad when the guitar tech has to tackle you. Get a grip.

Christ it has been years since I've been on here...

A friend of mine wanted to know if anyone knew what was going on with Morrissey and this guy in front of center stage.. He seemed to think they were in a bit of a tiff but I didn't really notice.

I thought this was a wonderful show! I'm a bit surprised to see people say different. Was only my 3rd gig but one of my favorites without question. I quite liked Meat is Murder and Ganglords. In playing places like Benaroya and Edgefield, he is bringing in more of the well off audience members who have totally lost touch with the issues.. I had the displeasure of listening to several older men complaining about the meat ban who ate meat prior to the show just to prove some stupid point.. Hope the video did its job.

I know one way to make you short of metaphorical breath. I hope you don't have a metaphorical gag reflex.

This sounds a lot like what will happen whilst I'm metaphorically rogering g23. What is your name, g23? Say it. And when you open your mouth to say it I'll drop my balls right in. Metaphorically.

Its pretty bad when that fat ass rent a cop can't handle a 100 pound women

Part of Mozzer's promise that "they will not trouble you." (Although, he did suggest that she lie in the weeds to try something new.)

You did not go down easily! Sorry to hear you were roughed up. I only caught the second half of your invasion. What song was he doing when you got up there? I want to see if I can find a video!

All I'm saying is that it takes a special kind of low class nincompoop to insult a child. I took my child to the show too. Would you like to make fun of her as well? Try that one in real life. It'd be a fun one to explain to her why Daddy just put a guy on the ground to think about his choices.

This concert was my first time seeing Morrissey and I could not have been happier. He was better even than I imagined and it was worth every penny and then some to me. As for the person that jumped on stage, I thought Morrissey seemed to like it. I am so grateful just to have had the chance to be in the audience and get a decent seat. I will remember this for a very long time as will my daughter who was with me (age 15). I think she is now also a confirmed Vegetarian (I have been since May 2008, inspired by Morrissey).
