I won't make a top 10, but most interesting to my ears were:
1. No One Can Hold a Candle To You (much better than the original, sorry James M.)
2. That's Entertainment (also quite different from the original)
3. Interlude (mainly because it s the only real duet he has ever recorded)
4. Song From the Floorboard
5. My insatiable One (my introduction to Suede's music in 1992 - and I still listen to them now !)

Most other covers he has done are quite enjoyable.
To Give (The Reason I Live) actually bored me to death when played live.
His version of Satellite of Love really didn't do it for me: it missed the intensity of the original version and sounded too bland.
 
Cosmic Dancer is a favourite of mine,I love the sparseness of the acoustic guitar and the emotion of Morrissey's voice is sublime,
 
Still Skin Storm for me and dare I say I quite liked Work is a Four Letter Word, sorry Johnny...
