Well, you can try and silence opinions that promote racial hatred. That's a legal fact.

Moz isnt a racist but his constant flirtation with these types has cost him. It's the very 'cultural tourism' that he satirised in Reader Meet Author.

Nobody's doing anything more by removing Morrissey's records than practicing their own freedom of speech.

And for the umpteenth time it’s not about free speech or what he’s said. It’s about what he now represents, by aligning himself with For Britain, he’s now the poster boy for a far right, Islamophobic, racist party. And those are things that should be censored. You wouldn’t promote Hiltlers new album, would ya? :paranoid: Morrissey has shot himself in the foot, he deserves the stick he’s getting.

"Hiltler" organized the systematic rounding up, torture, and execution of millions of innocent Jews.

Morrissey's voiced support for a political party that scrutinizes open immigration practices and takes a voice against one of the most oppressive, hateful, destructive religious groups the world has ever known.

But sure. They're exactly the same.

Yes but at the expense of the public who may want to buy the bloody record. So it is more than the store baglady exercising free will, it is her and her manky man jumper imposing her will on others. Fuck that. If I was a local I'd never set my cloven hoof inside there again.

You're right! That photo reminds me of the Red Witch from Game of Thongs. Before she takes the magic necklace off.
I wouldn't mind that cat on the end of my crooked broomstick.

It's not unreasonable to show support for a political party who advocate a slow down of immigration, to a country of the uk's size. This doesn't make them a Far right party, and shouting fascist at everything isn't helpful either. Provisional figures show that in 2013, 526,000 people arrived to live in the UK that to a country had a total population of 55,000,000 only 40 years ago it's massive, and it's not unreasonable to be allowed to confront it with serious debate, but every time the subjects raised Nazi gets peeled off.

Don’t be so naive. They want to eradicate 2.5 million Muslims, from the U.K. They want an exclusively white Britain. It’s a racist party. The end.

Freedom of speech is not protected if it impedes someone else's right to freedom of speech.
Still, Shitters removing M's records from the shelves wasn't even really a matter of freedom of speech because they're a private company and can do what they want.
We have the right to criticize and disparage them for it. That's freedom of speech.
