The Youngest Was The Most Loved promo (fake?)

I bought this on ebay. It arrived today and the cd inside is a CD-R with a color printed label on it. I know that some promos are CD-R but this looks fake to me. Just want to be sure before asking for a refund.

With a color printed label on it? It's not even centered... On www.vulgarpicture.com there is no mention of this cd as it's shown above and on www.passionsjustlikemine.com there's the sleeve only. So I have nothing to compare it with.

Mine looks just like that one, too. I think that it's fine.
