MJ answered this subject on his site .I think we can expect there won't be a release of any The The DVD compilation in the near future

All of the commercially available long form films and videos that we made are long since deleted. To allow these films to be re-released properly would require time, thought and care so that they fully embraced and pushed at the new boundaries within the DVD and digital media world and space. To do anything less would be to sell the films short. Many of these films are owned by companies that have become corporate media giants and are less concerned with their artist's creative quest than keeping their hungry shareholders happy with efficient fiscal returns. It’s oil and water. Whilst this is the case the films will remain unavailable in the hope that time and care will become available and so, then, will the films."
