The Smiths Peel Session bootleg

I found this on Ebay. I wonder if any of you guys have any information about it since I have never seen it before. Has it been posted here before? I was planning to buy it but I don't know if its good quality or what. I was thinking that it might be a bootleg similar to the one that recently appeared, the one with the demos. I would buy it only for the peel versions of Half a Person and London. Here is the link to the ebay page
