It's kinda rare, but not in that condition. I wouldn't pay the opening bid for it.

I don't collect these kind of things but let's just say I've never seen a Mint copy.

It was far from mint, but the cardboard cover and ringbinder style cover make it near impossible to keep in a mint condition. Unless I guess you plan on never reading it and leaving it in a vault. Which I see no point in doing whatsoever.

I got £20 for it anyway so someone has sense. ;-)
