I'm on the right and I'm proud of it. I think the only way to make a better world; individual freedom, small government, personal responsibility, the right of living in peace etc etc.

Lefties allowed, but if you don't like what you read then don't go crying to someone else to change it for you. You can use your individual freedom to bugger off and not read it.

A great man makes a great speach...

I too am a proud Right Winger. Mind you, I'm not always proud of what the Right Wing DOES (not a supporter of Pres. Bush by any means) but the very principals of what the Right stands for are things that I agree with: limited government, personal freedom and responsibility, the right to do FOR OURSELVES. All can be good things if executed properly.

  3. That kinda sums up the right, doesn't it? :D

I dont liek there to be a side,
if only society would run by what is deemed as 'right wing' (and i mean 80's right wing, not the right wing we have no which is practically leftie leaning wimpy stuff) then we wouldnt have a problem..

    *retreats to fallout shelter* ;)

Executed, as in killing someone for misdeeds, or executed, as in carrying things out?

    Either way I won't disagree. :D

As Churchill memorably declared, "Anyone who isn’t a liberal by age 20 has no heart. Anyone who isn’t a conservative by age 40 has no brain."

So you can imagine our confusion in 2008 when most prominent conservatives seem to have big gaping holes not only in their chests but in their skulls as well.

"Where is our boy? Oh, we've lost our boy."

I've told you before. Show me a Tory and I'll show you a greedy man.

We never did have a pint together in London. We will have a pint together someday. I did have a few pints with a right-wing Chelsea and Morrissey fan in Camden called John. I'm going to keep in touch with him. You two are equally like-minded and lost causes. It's a shame because you both seem so nice.:)

"There are some bad people on the right."

I am tempted to start voting SNP because of the fear of England voting right wing.

We've got Jimmy, Jimmy Johnstone on the Wing.

They talk of men like Pele,
    and the great Eusebio,
    and even Stanley Matthews,
    who played so long ago.
He's even aced the Belfast boy,
    wee George was second best.
Not Johann Cruyff, not on your life
    Wee jinky beats the rest.

    I went down to Largs then, by the C L Y D E
Sure it was my intention to learn to water ski
I was up behind a speedboat but what was that I see
But Jinky in a rowing boat and he was passing me

    Chorus

Overthere at Ibrox Park, against the Ger's he played,
John Greig and all his cronies, in bed they should have stayed
And then his 'Auld' pal Bertie got on his Knees and prayed
Saying 'Mother Mary you were right, in heavan wee Jinks was made'

    Chorus

Away across in Lisbon, as the sun was beating down
Big Jock and all his Lions, they made Ferrera frown
Around the Milanese, wee Jink danced round and round,
until your man Faccheti was corkscrewed in the ground

    Chorus

Against the mighty Yugoslavs, the pride of old Belgrade
Big Jock he praised wee Jinky, cos what a game he played
They couldnae get him on the plane, it was a fine to-do
Jink says 'I'll take my rowing boat if it's all the same to you'

    Chorus

So come on raise your voices and everybody sing
of little Jimmy Johnstone, a wizard on the wing
He brought us Joy and magic, in the Celtics white and green
No doubt he was the finest theat the world has ever seen.

    Well look at the options;

    Conservative - Far-right
    Labour - Centre-right
    Lib Dem - Pathetic

Future's not exactly bright is it?

Come on, the tories are hardly far right (with one or two exceptions within the party). The only thing the tories are right of is the Labour party - and only just!
I assumed Hugh was going on about the BNP.

well, presumably, you were looking for "evidence" which actually exists.

are new labour & the conservatives not far enough to the right?
