The REAL soundcheck list... aka where Ken and his buddy Scott got their info.

Hi everyone, I've finally got some internet access.
Thanks to the aforementioned guys for getting the word out.

It was my list actually that they tried to get things sorted from, I decided to go ahead and post it myself, it's in the exact order that they played it.

It was mostly Math, another guy, and me who listened intently to the songs.
Here's a pic I took of everyone sneaking a listen:

Math is second from the left. And the other guy I mentioned is at the far right. He was also the guy who brought the flowers and Joan of Arc book for Morrissey that night.

There were no vocals unless noted.
========================

Misc. noises and even strings heard.
Never heard strings again.

1. You Have Killed Me (kudos to me for recognizing it first)
2. Still Ill (kudos to Math for recognizing it first, I went nuts!)
3. Youngest Was The Most Loved
4. In The Future When All's Well
5. Irish Blood, English Heart
6. Anarchy In The UK (vocals, but not Moz, it was first reported that this was God Save the Queen, but it wasn't)
7. My Life Is A Succession Of People Saying Goodbye
8. Girlfriend In A Coma
9. I Have Forgiven Jesus
10 I Just Want To See The Boy Happy (with horns)
11 Reader Meet Author
12 Life Is A Pigsty
13 Let Me Kiss You
14 Trouble Loves Me
15 How Soon Is Now?
16 First Of The Gang To Die (minimal vocals, really only singing the main line every now and then)
17 I Will See You In Far Off Places (with horns)
18 Suedehead
19 "jam" (I can't say this was a real song, but it sounded like more than just random guitar noises and snares. Sounded like a half-realized song. Lots of starts and stopping though)
20 At Last I Am Born
21 Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before
22 You Have Killed Me (this time with full vocals from Moz)
23 I Just Want To See The Boy Happy (full vocals)
24 First Of The Gang To Die (full vocals)
25 ??? (full vocals, it was hard to hear but I think it was one of the new ones)

After this they stopped playing for a while, so that was my cue to go eat lunch.

Anyway, that's exactly what I, and others, heard.

Yeah, this was the for the Tulsa show.
The venue was so small that you could hear the soundcheck from the outside.
Helped a lot to put your ear to the glass though.

Ok cool. Thx!

Someone should use that photo in a RoTT 'live platinum edition deluxe' package.

It made me smile.

Holiday in the Sun... not Anarchy in the UK

I'm going to disagree with you on one point. We were standing by the front door with the door open a few inches. Although there were two sets of doors, the wall with the second sets of doors did not go all the way to the ceiling. So we could pretty much hear the soundcheck as if we were inside.

The Sex Pistols song was "Holiday in the Sun." Although Boz (or whoever was singing) was focused more on the tune than the words, you could hear the "Berlin Wall" line quite clearly. I would be willing to bet any amount of money on this.

Re:

Yeah, I can't be 100% sure. But it sounded like to me Anarchy.
You may be right, though.

Math did speak to the drum tech after the show and he said it was Anarchy as well.

But then again, what do drum techs know?
