I really like this song. I don't understand some people who think this song ruins TQID. it's such a fun little ditty! I prefer the Rank version though, more lively. i'll give it an 8.

Like an 8.5 (sorry, but points off for lyrical silliness), so I gave it an 8. "I am a living sign" might be one of Moz's most enduring refrains.

How can we be on "V"??? I, for one, am going to be sad when the Top 100 poll ends.

I too will be sad to see it go. Seems like just yesterday we were on "N"... :(

But as for Vicar...I give it a 7. Its has pep. But not one of my favs.

Oh this one has brought some real belly laughs to the surface. Its warming this song . The immortalisation of the holy name church takes place (allows the place to be added to morrisseys manchester) and its just bloomin' brilliant! some entertaining images come to mind as well.

I keep telling everyone, we need a weighted poll, that this past poll is useless (see, that way we have an excuse to do it again!).:)

A joke song with bizarre lyrics that only Moz would come up with, I have had a few belly laughs over this one! 8 for novelty value :p

It's simply the best rockabilly song that Morrissey has ever sung.
And, yes, that includes Pregnant for the Last Time!

"the fabric of a tutu
Any man could get used to"

I likes it, I gives it a 7.

The lyrics are silly of course, but cleverly written, methinks.

an 8

a very good track from the Queen is Dead, in this song you allready can
find Morrissey's [or even Marr's too] love for Rock a Billy.
It's upbeat, it a smooth running song concerning lyrics and music.

minor point, Morrissey's singing is not that good comparing other tracks
on the queen is dead

resume, another example of a typical Smiths song

[wonders if the roof of the SLC gonna be restored after thieves nicked
expensive material, and some solo regs did a bikeride to raise money for
the nicked material to be replaced]

7/10. A funny little ditty.....
