Awful, but still it's a very nice title and some lyrical highlights but except all that... awful.

'there is no such thing in life as normal' -good
children's choir- bad

Unfortunately the bad cancelled out the good.

Beastly Little Parasite
I like it, and while it's not a classic, it is, in my opinion, one of the stronger songs on Ringleader. 7 from mozmal.

lovable loser
I like it, and while it's not a classic, it is, in my opinion, one of the stronger songs on Ringleader. 7 from mozmal.

AGREED-all points! The song rocks & I think the kids choir gives it just the edge it needs.
I love the line "Retroussé nose turned up and mischievous"

from the Ice Age to the dole age
I think this is a fairly strong song, although by no means spectacular. Kudos to Morrissey for weirding out my friends with a typically macabre subject matter :p 8

Hey Doug, how ya been??
I think it's ok...But there are better songs on ROTT

Love Me Outside!
an ABSOLUTE 10, and nothing less.

Hmm, I was discussing song with Houdini and saying how I thought it wouldn't do very well. What did I tell ya?!
The music's quite good and the yodel at the end's nice enough. But the lyrics are just ... I dunno, dull I suppose. No insight, no humour, nothing that anyone can relate to. Yet another flipping Ringleader song about killers, being killed, killing etc. At least the lyrics to the new stuff suggest Moz is over this particular obsession.
Almost makes you long for the court-case related lyrics. Almost!

from the Ice Age to the dole age
I've got a feeling we won't have to wait too long for a few more of those ... ;)

Only this time, Moz will win, and the lyrics will be a smugfest rather than vengeful threats :D

Doing Very Well
7 from me. It's not terribly special; the lyric is bordering on clever but not exactly on par with some of Moz's classics. I'm all in favour of songs about crime, but this isn't one of the better ones.

this song, like the cd, had to grow on me for a while.. but it still only grew up to be a 7

irish blood dublin heart
I love this song. Always have always will.
Should have been number 1

It's a pretty good song but he has so much better. If this were by one of the bands that imitates Morrissey and The Smiths it might sounds better. It is great live though. It would help to know what it's about.

Forever Ill
a 7

a song which ranks above the most mediocre songs of ROTT.

also a weird choice as a folow up single, but Morrissey was never
understandeble in his choice of which song should be a single.
music is OK, this song could be on any Morrissey album, musicwise

unruly boy

So very sickened.
Not being one for agreeing with people on here :), I happen to like the song and the album. For me, and I've said this before, ROTT is better than YATQ. Anyway, with regard to this song, it is decent, but I like it less than I did. Still a thoroughly respectable effort. 7/10.
