A really beautiful song, love the impassioned vocal...similar to 'Now My Heart Is Full' in its delivery. The lyrics are just fabulous, defiant and image evoking....Morrissey at his best.

ditto all the positives above ! my favourite Moz solo song . i had a mate who was not a morrissey fan and i did him a tape (it was the late 90's) and this song was the one that converted him. fast forward a few years and we were returning on the midnight coach from london to newcastle and we met a handsome young rake from Stanley (wednesday half day closing) who had also been to the albert hall gig (5 years ago yesterday) and asked for his favourite morrissey songs - Nobody loves us was the first one he mentioned. It is both hilarious and defiant ! it is indeed "one of yours"(ours) He should play it live - it would be appreciated !
