...on UK TV last night, Channel 5 (blushes) in a different programme. It appears the club is called "Forty Deuce" and is run by people called Ivan Kane and Champagne Suzy(!). No doubt it's in Hollywood. It must be the same place because it had the same stage set-up,(red-and-white backdrop with beady curtains), and the same posters on the wall.
Apologies if this is known to everyone else here, but I recall the question being asked years ago, and I don't recall a reply.
Curiously, if you Google "Morrissey Forty Deuce" you get refs to Paul Morrissey's film of the same name.
