You can bung it through the soundcard and let Audacity rip it. i'll give a go if you like.

Here you go. I knocked it down to 48kps which gives a 9.6mb download for a 28 minute file - and you can still hear everything perfectly well, in my opinion.

Any sound you hear through the computer. I meant that you need a bit of software like Audacity to grab it while it's going through.
