There doesn't seem to be very many tabs around for this and the ones I have found aren't that good so I was wondering if anybody could help me out?

E....Bmaj7....C#m...A
C#m...C#m/B...A/B...B

Work with this basis is for most of the first verse, till you get to

C
To let yourself, lose yourself.

C#m.................E
Stretch out and wait
Stretch out and wait

C#m.....C#m/B
...........Let your puny body
A/B.........B
Lie down, lie down.

Sorry, I can't do more right now, I'm at work. :o
Someone else will help you with the rest, if not, I'll finish later :thumb:

Another way to do it is the way it has been played on tour recently. Capo is on 4th fret:

Verse...("All the lies that you make up...")

C G F G
Em F G

(The above x 6)
......................
G#
......................
Am7 C (x3)

F G

F G (D C, though only first time)

(The above x 2)
......................
Am7 D F G (x3)

F G
.......................

Then back up to the first section beginning Am7

End is...Am7 D Fm

There's some of the usual Marr-tastic picking and sliding here and there, but the above is the guts of it. That's if you want to do it in standard tuning. The real way, and the way Marr did it is in open-E tuning. You can see more on the page for this song on the excellent Smiths On Guitar blog here...

Thank you:thumb:

It's good to have the different ways to play it, my barre chords still aren't completely there so having the capo version makes it a lot easier for me to get the strumming down and everything and then I can work on barre version.
