The following are all the major known resources for rarities that are still accessible or being kept alive via various hosts.
I have ensured they all have backups if the worst comes to the worst, but for now:
Please try these before asking for re-posts and 'have you got's'.

The Never Heard Symphonies - 2017/2018 edition.
Sorted in to eras and a comprehensive starting place for rare tracks by both Morrissey & The Smiths.
Skylarker's evolution of the collection has details here.
4.2 gig of goodness - download all or just individual tracks.
Hosted by myself.

Or mirrored here on Google Drive:

Extra Track (And A Tacky Badge) Compilation.
My favourite fan-made Smiths compilation - essential to own IMHO.
Clear, exhaustive sources and thorough.
Full details about each part presented here.
1.2 gig - the full thing to sort through via a static link.
Hosted by myself.

Morrissey Intermission Music.
A huge array of artists that have been played or shown at Morrissey gigs.
Something I was happy to contribute to myself.
Full track lists here:
1.1 gig - have a good look through individual tracks or download by year.
Hosted by myself.

The Smiths MP3 Archive Collection.
6.64 gig of choice - has been around for ages and worth a look if you aren't bothered about FLAC.

DavidA's Smiths Archive - Google Drive.
365 gig of everything you could want from FLAC audio to pro-shot videos, official & unofficial recordings et al.
Basically all of Smith Torrent's The Smiths content since starting.
DavidA's post regarding it with a brief guide here.
The clippings, tickets, tour books etc are all well curated and this is essential to own if you have space.
Hosted by DavidA.

The Smiths - Recollections
Dirtee Rephlex's great collation of rarities.
Features: Original albums, B-sides, non-album tracks, live... with art and booklet.
Hosted by DavidA.

Morrissey - Sisterama
Dirtee Rephlex continues with the collation of original albums, A's & B's, outtakes, live...
This time, with Morrissey as the focus.
Again with art work, booklets and good descriptions.
Hosted by myself (Vols. 1-12).

Miscellaneous.
Introducing Morrissey audio rip @320:
Who Put The 'M' In Manchester? audio rip @320:

Morrissey & The Smiths FLAC silver disc archive.
Ripped by Thierry - currently 130+ silver discs shared and of those: 100 currently hosted here by myself.
The long term goal being all available here via mega.nz & a Drive mirror.

This list isn't exhaustive.
Certainly some stuff there to occupy people and dig through.
All credit, as always, to the people keeping this content alive for everyone to enjoy.

I have tried to open the 'Never Heard Symphonies' folder on multiple devices, but each time it doesn't work and sends me to an error page. Is it possible for you to share the aforementioned folder through another platform (e.g. WeTransfer, Drive)? Thanks.

Try that for me - I've tried as an end user and it's fine. WeTransfer is a non-starter as it's not static. Drive may be a possibility, but there's a lot to move & some of it isn't mine to move.
Let me know if the above works.
It's fine on Chrome, Firefox & Samsung browsers.
I know some don't have much luck with Mega, but it's all swings and roundabouts trying to please everyone and it isn't easy.

FWD.

Wow, thank you so much FWD! I don’t know what we would do without you!
You can thank caffeine!
In a fit of organisation, I sorted Google Drive out.
It will be up and working from Thursday night / Friday morning.
(That's the kitchen sink drama starring me and insomnia :) )

FWD.
