Stage invasions-Any old pros got advice?

Isle of Wight approaches and I reckon this is my last chance before the arthritis cripples me completely.
Anyone got any cunning hints they care to share?
Also, IF you do make it to the stage, what happens after- are you booted out?

It'd be a miracle if you made it onto the stage at a festival! Long gone are the days when the bouncers used to ask if you wanted to get up (only way i've ever managed). Good luck!
