Nothing at all like the Moz song.
Circa '96 - featuring Alain, Gaz & Spencer.
Also noted to have been performed by Alain 2 years prior in '94 as part of Red Lightning.

      Not bad.
Good song Moz could have used.
I can hear him singing it in his own way.
There's something in there that sounds familiar, as if it was used for another song.
Can't put my finger on it.
      Thanks for sharing! :thumb:

Good song. Musically not dissimilar to the Southpaw songs.

Thanks - I can hear a mild touch of 'It's Hard to Walk Tall When You're Small' here - check out the riff at the end of the chorus (eg: at 01:45)

Been playing this song on repeat all day. It's a kickin' rad song! It's slamma jamma in Alabama! It puts the "shama lama" in "ding-dong"! Send me home and call me Sally---this is money!

Where can I get more of Alain's music outside of his work with Morrissey? Has he ever sang in any projects that got any kind of official release?

Wait, the post mentions Red Lighting. Alain was guitarist and singer in that, got an EP "LA Crash Landing". Checking it out now

      Gotta learn to read.

Developing story: Alain Whyte writes in comment section

"Torr that's because none of my songs have ever been released and I plan to release my solo material soon. I've re tracked a lot of my songs. Some are new. I've written over a long period of time. Good songs stand the test of time. Look at The Queen Is Dead album."

Hell yeah! Looking forward to this so much.
