Here are some songs I think it would be interesting for him to cover.

Kate Bush - Running up that hill (controversial choice I know)

Four tops - same old song
(Would love to hear his spin on a song like this)

Blondie - Atomic
(Think it would suit him, I think blondie and moz make a great musical match)

Suede - Animal Nitrate
(Would be interesting)

Madonna - Borderline or Holiday
(Would be funny)

Paper dolls - Something here in my heart
(Obvious choice)

Billy Ocean - Carribean queen
Rick Astley - Take me to your heart
Pet shop boys - Domino dancing

Depeche Mode- Enjoy The Silence
David Bowie- Lady Stardust
The Velvet Underground- Sunday morning
Joni Mitchell- Coyote

Love that Enjoy the silence is a perfect choice, on the subject of Joni Mitchell maybe big yellow taxi too?

I wholeheartedly agree! I think Big Yellow Taxi would actually be a much better choice. And considering he's a big fan of Joni, there is a slim chance he might do a live cover of that someday.

'Cold Water Morning' by Neil Diamond:

One, knowing I'm one, hearing of two
And like a child believing dreams
Always a dream to take you home

Day, after the day, there comes the night
There comes the knowing when you laugh
If you should laugh,
The night alone will hear
And the night don't care

Coldwater morning
Take off your night-time shoes
Coldwater morning
I've been waiting so long for you

One, knowing I'm one, hearing of two
Hearing of things that I once had
That you once had
And when the night would come
We'd sleep like one

Coldwater morning
Take off your night-time shoes
Coldwater morning
I've been waiting so long for you
I've been waiting so long for you...

I like the idea of Atomic. I’m thinking something else from Kate Bush though. Maybe Man with the Child in His Eyes.

Has he ever done a full version of subway train? I'd love a studio version of that. I loved when he was doing that as an intro to Munich Air Disaster.
