Not too sure. I have never seen it and from the catalogue number on the cd it appears to be from Australia. If that was used as a promo pack, it must have been released in 1988 (or 1993 at the latest, but it would be a bit odd to release it 5 years after the original release of the cd). However, promo t-shirts in the UK were always white or grey. Never this blue type, which is a shirt that is produced in later years and is avialable in shops these days..... But I could be very wrong of course.

I've never seen it before, but it's just something a company (or person) made. Not unlike those Best I & II wooden box sets or Smiths In Pictures box.
