Thank you so much, I have lost the book and the cd for ages.
For me, it's an official item, I bought it when it was out, in a store who sell only official material, and in 1990, it was not considered as an unofficial book.
Maybe stéphane can say why he think it's an unofficial item.

And again we are forced to ask ourselves... why doesn't he have This Charming Man in his set list... maybe he's saving it for a special occasion. ten thousands of people in a big park in the summer time perhaps...

Because it wasn't sanctioned by the record company. I use the term unofficial instead of bootleg on that section of my site because it's less limiting, it includes those grey zone items.

The 4 songs on the cd that came with this book were lifted from a bootleg.
