All of those old ways of thinking have to be examined very carefully and the things that don't work have to be phased out. It's like a race to do that before someone starts the war that will finish us all. So I don't think it matters which color the fastest runners are.
I do get your point about people accepting physical but not intellectual differences, but I see a lot of really stupid white people every day and generally the ones openly proclaiming their superiority are some of the worst. I think maybe there is some effort to push back against any kind of thinking that supports those attitudes and rightfully so. You aren't dumb. You can see in this thread how sloppy people are in building a rational argument and how much confirmation bias plays into that. Even if it were true that some Jewish people test higher on an intelligence test that is completely valid what could we do with that information that would make current situations better?

Nudity existed in films way before 1964.

It is very much JEWS and Pawnbroker was the first film in hollywood to feature nudity during the production code with it in time took to it's logical conclusion. And stop all these straw arm arguments.I did not say "nudity" destroys society, you made that up. I did however say that pornography does destroy young men and woman which indeed destroys and corrodes society. And what do i need to prove who runs entertainment? That's obvious and anyone with a search engine can look it up. Look at every major studio and music label owner. Many of the biggest Directs, Actors, Comedians, Songwriters, Producers( Jews). Interscope, Lyor(Liar) Cohen, Rick Rubin on and on. . If you don't realize the entertainment industry is run by Jews you're in denial. Just a question, have you done debating before because this is both quite good and quite slippery. I see you've pivoted quite deftly away from the bulk of his argument and not really addressed anything he said head-on. And then in fact you've done what you accused me as per the part in bold and just made a general assertion without any evidence. Take 'The Bell Curve' for instance, probably the most famous book/study on race/IQ. Unless you've spoken to Charles Murray directly and he has confirmed that his study came from a place of racist bias (which to the best of my knowledge he never has) casual comments like yours are slanderous at best.

As I say, you're quite good at this, so as someone content to sit on the sidelines of this one I'd be most interested to see you go back and address the post point by point without any pivots with rebuttals. of course, you don't have to, you don't owe me an explanation but I'd certainly be interested to hear what you have to say without any spin.

We are teaching children not to be judgmental based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or skin color, and that is a great step forward for humanity. Interesting how you bring up the commercial aspect of the "propagation" of the mixing of black and white.

Adverts, as you say, are designed to sell a product. These are not companies throwing money away or trying to change societies morays. They see the change that is upon us and are more a true reflection of the world today than any sociologist can ever comprehend.

From 1960's Alabama to today to 50 years from now...the social construct is changing as fast as technology. We no longer live in neighborhoods, but in an Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat Global ecosystem driven by an ever growing need for humans to feel an increasing sense of belonging with an undercurrent of commercial exploitation.

And the youth of today revel in the sense that they are creating a better world. The Woodstock of the new century. We all know how it ends, but they don't.

The bias in IQ studies isn't that those giving the tests are somehow modifying the results but that the questions or problems to be solved can be flawed in a way that will favor cultural differences. (He never mentions the book so your casual comment seems slanderous at best.) :lbf:

I would imagine that what you're taught in school had some similarities to what I was taight. I learned that Father Serra was a wonderful man, well loved by the natives who converted to Catholicism and helped build the missions in California. It was a lot later that I found out that he was actually a brutal tyrant who forced the natives into slavery. I would imagine something similar happened in your education, and colonialism was probably seen as building a nation in a new land. Except it wasn't new to the people that had been living there and studies of intelligence conducted by the invaders probably didn't favor the natives.
It's typical that "they" are portrayed as savage, superstitious, and primitive peoples who need the help of the invading forces to learn, basically to fully become human beings. In order to justify enslaving or conquering these people they are relegated to the class of a subspecies, even subhuman, somewhere between apes and men. This is where these racial IQ studies originate. Of course over time the language has become much slicker so that any overtly racist intentions have become more difficult to detect.
But any testing of intelligence where those being tested are divided according to race is inherently based on ideas or theories which are historically undeniably racially biased.

Ummm not to be rude but did you even read the article you linked? It makes no mention of 'The Bell Curve' :lbf: And more than that the article is essentially an opinion piece about the merits of IQ testing which I found unusual coming from you.

Now without entering into the veritable world salad which you have typed above I'll ask you a very simple question, yes or no. Do you think overall average IQ differs between different ethnicities? (For clarity I don't have any problem admitting there are cultural, geographical etc reasons for why there may be a difference. The 'why' is not my question, I really would like to know simply whether you think this is the case.)

Sorry, I read two articles and put the wrong link. This is the one about the Bell Curve. I know that sounds like a lie but it's The Truth.
The word salad says that when people of different cultures and ethnicities are tested for intelligence there are inherent problems. The first is that intelligence develops and is expressed in different ways that may be influenced by culture. Because of this a test may favor one group, It's not some kind of plot. There are different types of learning and it's very possible that cultural differences would help form these types of learning. In a "primitive" culture with oral traditions people may respond to and better retain audio as opposed to visual information. But that's just a theory.
Another problem is that the types of problems presented which are usually word problems and visual puzzles might favor people from one culture over another, not so much in the puzzles but in the word problems.
I started an online course in the Talmud recently and was immediately lost. There were so many references to words which sounded or looked similar to me and which I was totally unfamiliar with that I had to go pretty much line by line and look things up, and then try to keep them straight as I was hit with the next barrage of unfamiliar words and concepts. It made reading something like Shakespeare seem fairly easy in comparison. I actually gave up although the class isn't over but I've stopped doing the reading.
Anyway, the third problem is that anyone separating different ethnicities and testing their intelligence is following in a tradition that is inherently biased and based on exploitation.

I don't know if different groups test higher because I'm not sure which tests we're talking about, but in the book you're referring to they did find, not surprisingly, that some ethnicities do score better on standard IQ tests than others. The link addresses why the tests themselves are part of a history of, you guessed it, racism.

Doesn't that suck? The results don't even matter because the very idea of the test requires a *trigger warning*.

If you want a specific answer you would need to ask a specific question. Do I know that different ethnicities score differently on intelligence tests? Yes, I've heard of this happening. Do I know that different ethnicities have different inherent potentials to develop intelligence? No, I don't know that and neither does anyone else.
