I'm curious as to what that pic of those 5 ppl with the words delayed reaction written on it has to do with this thread about an apology from Morrissey? Can you tell me what it means please?

It was in response to Vauxhall Vixen's post, which was a delayed reaction..'Those people' are the band, Delayed Reaction. At least that's what it said on google image search
