Sheila take a bow versions

Just listened to the officially unreleased Sheila. I recall John Porter being offended as The Smiths used some of the (guitar) tracks in the released version. To be honest I can't really spot which one(s) they can be, the whole thing, drums, bass, vocals, guitars sound different to me. Anyone?

Also, can there be existing studio versions for songs we only have in session? As "Hooligan", for example.

The Porter 'Sitar' cd-r demo that surfaced could be one of a few takes. Sandie's vocal track is nowhere to be heard on it. So that's another version yet to escape a dusty box somewhere - it was recorded, just never considered a finished product.
There is also a first take of the Porter version that runs at 3 mins waiting to be found also.
As for Sweet & Tender Hooligan:
Yes, it's asserted to have been recorded as a demo (possibly several takes) / rough take during the Panic/Livingston sessions and was to be a Panic B-side which never made it. It is meant to be slower too.
Given some real rarities have appeared - there's always hope.
Regards,
FWD.
