I noticed last week as I was running a heavy amount of auctions that I received emails from "paypal" asking me to verify credit card information and the like. I have also noticed that it also happens when I am bidding on a great deal of items.
I urge all people that whenever you have received "something" from paypal.com that you should open up a brand new browser and log into paypal from that newly opened browser. If paypal truly has a message for you it will alert you when you log into the site itself. Remember kiddies, you log into paypal.com and not ANYTHING ELSE.
