Scottish albums of the decade

Scottish music is the best music.I can agree somewhat with that list.I will ponder this, and give my list.

Mogwai and franz ferdinand for me, I love both of them.

at least susan boyle wasn't on the list, she's popping up in all manner of places at the minute (sadly)

A good list I think, some stuff missing but you always think that don't you?

I liked Malc Middletons response on twitter:

What? I only have 3 albums in The Skinny's Top 20 Scottish albums of the decade? What's wrong with the other 8? F**king no respect.

Very good.

I also like Butcher Boy, the Broken Records, B&S, Ballboy, Strike the Colours,
....Momus??? No thanks..

Mogwai stink, I never got into Boards of Canada, ever single one of Middleton's solo works could easily make the top twenty, and King Creosote's latest is also a gem.Franz Ferdinand's first was very good, but since they have shit the bucket.I am okay with Idlewild taking the top spot, or near the top.

I am sure I have more to say, and I will think about it.Ha.

Does anyone else think Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like a Peasant by Belle and Sebastian is a severely underrated album?
