it wasn't a police matter, why was they called? the girl was put into a group of students who Ignored the fact she couldn't speak or understand another language. Can that be called "racist" or is it just bad manners!

If they used it in its original meaning it would be ok, but why do you think it should be allowed if it stands for Nazi beliefs? It does hurt free speech I suppose, but even that has its limits.
