As far as I know (and from what I've been told here), it hasn't. It may have actually only been played once so far. God knows why ; it seems so much more engaging and interesting and uncharacteristically "Morrissey" than the other four new tracks. Unlike , in my opinion , the majority of Moz tracks over the last 15-odd years , it isn't immediately apparent , upon listening, which direction this song will take to its conclusion. Maybe he's saving something this good for the album ........ ?
By the way , like the GLMAT quote of yours - should I take it you're a fan ?

Hey ! I actually spent some time working in NZ a few years back ( the exciting world of Palmerston North !).
Always happy and relieved to see a fellow fan of GLMAT- it's definitely near the peak of my all time top Moz/Smiths songs.
