They aren't my favorite either, but...they are devout and I do think it gives Morrissey some comfort to see familiar faces night after night and/or reappearing after sometimes disappearing for years. He actually has an incredible memory for faces.

I have met quite a few of them, and “interacted” with many others.
I’m sure some are nice, but I’ve only encountered the entitled crew. They bully people out of the front rows. I’ve seen it happen.
