"Because we must, because we must...., because we must". Thanks St. Rita ! Good Luck 53rd and 3rd! That was one great show here in San Diego! The group were tight, polished and totally practiced! Awesome performance! The guitars work on How Soon Is Now, never better! " I Will See You.., a show stopper! "Please, Please, Please", so wonderfully and emotionally done by Morrissey. As was " Meat Is Murder" . Yes, we do care !
" Shoplifters", "Speedway", "I Know It's Over" all done to perfection. The sound was great, the lights perfect and a special thanks to Mathew Walker. What a great job on the lit-up drum kit. Also great was keyboards touch on "I Will See You In Far Off Places". Had a Japanese touch added and really added to the song! Thanks again St. Rita!m&d " Because We Must"!

That'll teach him to get a decent haircut.

The long-haired twat deserved to be handled roughly for a)crashing into Moz from behind, and b)not disengaging when the crew tried to pull him off.

^ noice!

I thought morrissey security snapped that dudes neck. He didn't move when thrown to the floor. That taught him a lesson for sure, nice vid.

Amazing encore and the stage invaders were marvellous. Can't wait for Stockton

Morrissey sounded wonderful, the band was fantastic, but man that setlist if pretty so-so. Let's be honest, there are several momentum killers in that set that don't need to be there. "You're The One For Me Fatty" was album filler. Why is that song in a set in 2012? Scandanavia? "People Are The Same Everywhere" Yawn.

This man, and this band, could have blown the roof off that place last night with a killer setlist. Instead, I could almost literally see the air go out of almost the entire section that I was in about half way through. Then he would light into another great song (I didn't say classic, I said great....I'm not interested in Morrissey's greatest hits either) get the crowd going again, then follow that up with another poor choice and lose them again. It's odd.

When you're only going to play for an hour and twenty minutes, I think the fans deserve a kick ass setlist at least. We didn't get that. Too bad.

I will say again though, that Morrissey's voice sounded excellent and we all know his band kicks ass.

Just seen the vid thank you for sharing. Did the long hair twat access from back stage? He could of really hurt Moz, very dangerous. Nice to see security used him as a rag doll lol

Long haired bastard

I've been pretty down on his band for the last several years. I thought they were terrible a few years ago at Symphony Hall, especially the way they murdered This Charming Man. But they've tightened up a lot and did a great job. I just wish he'd find a new song writing partner. In 20 plus years of listening, I've almost always enjoyed some aspect of his songs and these new ones do nothing for me. Scandinavia, yikes, that is a just plain odd. Great to see him put on a good show with a crowd that was fully into it. I agree though, with his catalog, he could burn the place down if he'd leave out some of those songs. Still Ill and I Know Its Over were great. Funny how we're coming full circle now and complaining about all the Smiths songs and the absence of his quality Solo songs. You know Interesting Drug or Piccadilly Palare would be make the pit shit themselves these days. Then again, dude is getting old just like the rest of us.

Fantastic show! Morrissey sounded great and really connected with the crowd. He accepted gifts, read a poem a fan wrote for him, threw his shirt in the crowd. A few stage invasions and a lot of attempts. Koodos to the lucky ones who made it on stage! Boz was in Drag! I have been to many shows and this was one of the best ones ever!!! Morrissey really does feed of the crowds energy! Viva Moz
