He does look really good in these. He looks his age, dignified. It's a shame he can't arrange the simple task of getting a recent live album out, because most of these Lowry shots would make for superb packaging.

It is easy as well, I have some where they are recorded straight from the sound desk and available within 30 mins of the gig ending.

Ryan does such a great job, plus it makes me so happy to see him smiling and singing along during the concerts - you can tell he really is a fan of Morrissey.

It’s a personal preference thing, both as viewer and as photographer, but I, too like… probably prefer the more intimate closeups. Up until Ryan’s involvement he didn’t allow anyone but Sam shoot from down front for years as far as I recall. Maybe the odd one off here and there, but almost never permitted shooting from the pit.
