Nice, but are we going to report on every instance of radio play for an established artist like Morrissey? Maybe if he were a teenager just starting out...

I'm playing it tonight on a small but mighty community radio station in New Hampshire. I'll be upset if I don't get a Central post out of it.

Sorry, but what community radio station is playing the song? What station in America is playing the song? Sirius XM is not a community station.

I totally understand what you are saying, sadly Morrissey's career has regressed due to ageism! So, when a big station plays his music is it somewhat of a celebration. Similar to when nobody knew who he was, and he first got played on the radio

I played it last night on my show on WSCA-FM Portsmouth, NH.

For me it's more the surprise that any station is playing anything that isn't Taylor, Coldplay or Ed Sheeran. I think there's a market for radio time for bands who aren't top 40 but are still putting out really really good music. Psych Furs, Simple Minds, The Alarm, The Cult for example are all still putting out great albums but not getting airplay anywhere but places like Richard's Tuesday night slot. Sirius First Wave has a bunch of First Wave sub-channels out there, one really should be First Wave artists' releases today, not just the 80-early 90s.

I feel 100% the same. I have been trying to get them to play even late 90's stuff. Fingers crossed maybe one day!
