erm. "success" being rewarding? perhaps. problem is .. you can't control it. it pins you down on something. I may not like it in the end, oh, wishful thinking it would ever by my share!
Nothing in life comes easily? Oh, plenty of things do. Pain, illness, deception, soar throats and taxes. Flow rather naturally, I'd say.

you could also offer him trousers that are one or two sizes smaller. That would, I guess, do the same. If you're about 6".
