$80 is the price I set for a few paintings in 2007 or so. I went by that. $80's not much for a painting, even an amateur one.

That's because you don't have any talent or skills. The funny thing is you think you're better than people that pick grapes or "work at K-Mart" and now you are mad at an artist for not having to do that.
But I'm sure another few hundred posts about "Dreamy Neil" and someone will find you interesting.

Don't let someone who is obviously envious try to keep you from being paid for your art. She's just mad because she's the one who grabs the mop when the intercom announces "cleanup on aisle six" and she's trying to make you feel bad because of it.
