Post Whatever You Are Thinking At This Very Moment

I saw that swan on a gloomy day when I had waved my ex off at the train station and went to my moms. An older man stood watching it too. But the sadness the swan felt was nothing compared to mine.

So you cannot commit to a partner then?

Is that because if some kind of fear or what do you think it comes from?
My track record is not good. I fall in and out of love easily. When in love I feel high and manic. When I lose that feeling I want to be out of the relationship. I don’t know how to get that feeling to last.

I meant the opposite, I never felt the same sadness as that swan. Freudian slip from a narcissist?

Lanterns and that other idiot will have a field day now.

In memory of those swans, the dead one and the one that had to keep on living with a broken heart. This is THE cover that beat the original by a landslide.

It is death that tears us apart but love sounds more poetic.

Will Zara also be hit with the new plastic bag tax cause all their clothes are made from plastic?

There is only one Zara:

They named it after her and skipped the H cause the owner is a nazi.

I was wondering the same thing about faux leather. It's a moral dilemma because plastic kills animals too, particularly wildlife, and it's killing the whole planet, including us. Maybe we should give up leather and faux leather and go for a plant based material to make our shoes and bags and everything else.
I think espadrilles or alpargatas, as we call them here, they are the perfect shoes. The originals don't have plastic in their making. As far as I know they were used in Argentina for centuries (two :)) by the gauchos and common people in their everyday life. My grandfather used them all the time except when he was not using his (leather) boots in special occasions. In the countryside people used the same pair of boots for decades but they wasted a lot of alpargatas because they were affordable and -above all- very comfortable. Their origin is Southern Europe or maybe Egypt. Who knows.

I will see what I can do when it comes to your wedding dress. Of course my bride can only have the best.

I think it was last summer, maybe two years ago, that is was all the rage in the fiber community to knit or crochet your own upper for espadrilles. They sell just the soles. I always intended to do that

Meeting this afternoon with a career counselor. Not so much because I want to but they are making me do it to keep getting assistance. My first one was yesterday but the guy I saw decided I needed to see his supervisor who would be better working with someone with my skill set. Closest think I’ve had to an interview yet. I hope something constructive (for me) comes out of this cause I hate being at this agency. They cater to the lowest common denominator of job seekers and I have to manage my emotions and mouth every time I’m there as it’s just so insulting. Need to go pretty myself up and get going.

Yes, they come and go. I used them when I was a teen, I was thinking about buying a couple of pairs made of canvas for indoor using, just to see how I feel. Feets are a huge problem when you want to stay animal free.

Thanks for reminding why working sucks. Inbetween jobs is hell itself.
